"Adventure Paths" Aren't Deep-Roleplay, They're D&D for the Special Bus



Today: "Adventure Paths" and story-mechanics are not 'deep roleplaying'. For that, you need the freeform style of the OSR.

Take off the D&D training wheels!

    I still don't think there a lot of guides to good sandbox play - there' a lot of talk about how great it is, but specifically what you prepare and then how you improv scene from scene to keep things going, what you're doing behind the scenes, etc.
