First, I wanted to point you to another blog by Swords & Stitchery about an interesting scenario in a messed-up Roman village, for Lion & Dragon. I liked his research on this one, it's a lot like how I research places and historical folk-legends for my own campaign work on Dark Albion.
Speaking of which, the main reason I'm writing today is to tell you all that RPGPundit Presents is back, after a one week hiatus, and our newest issue features a new Adventure Scenario!
"RPGPundit Presents #14: The Secret Order of the Red Lady" is an OSR Medieval-Authentic adventure, which you can use with any setting or system but it was designed specifically for Lion & Dragon and is by default set in Albion.
What's it about?
Well, a parish priest finds an ancient temple room under the church, and has a vision of a Red Goddess. Soon he is drawing others, including the local authorities, into his new cult, a cult of blood-oaths, murder, and ultimate ambitions. But if the PCs start to investigate they may learn that in fact, the Order of the Red Goddess has a surprising secret.
