This is a good example why one must never allow these people to frame a debate. Don't accept their package deal statements if you're going to engage them. That's what they want you to do because it's an attempt to trap you and corner you. If you attempt to point out the heads-I-win-tails-you-lose premises they use, they'll retreat and resort to ad hominem because they have no actual argument, they'll appeal to their allies by calling it made-up things like "sealioning" or "concern trolling," then pretend you're not in good faith and disengage because they realize they have lost the moment you refused to accept their frame without question.
